The building Kallos Imar Hotel is situated in the quiet district of Messaria in the central part of Santorini island.
The basic characteristics of the Mediterranean climate are the winter rainfalls, the summer drought, the relatively large variation in the annual amount of rainfalls, the mild to hot summer (with intense sunlight) and the cold winter.
Santorini and the rest of the islands that form the group of Cyclades in the Aegean Sea are known for their beauty and astonishing architecture. The Cycladic architecture is characterized by simplicity and grace, free from palaver and complex additions.
Cool Barrier Relux
A water based, antibacterial paint, based on silver ions with low flame spread performance for interior walls. The paint demonstrates a high light reflectance value, able to distribute natural light in all indoor places. This is a Leed compliant product.
Cool Barrier Facade
A water based, crack-bridging paint, with high solar reflectance values and carbonation resistance properties. The paint demonstrates extreme durability in harsh environmental conditions, such as seaside structures, while at the same time significantly improves the thermal comfort conditions.
